Important Things You Should Know |

This SIM does not require activation and can be tested outside the UK.

Credit loaded onto the SIM does not expire.

All plans automatically renew every 30 days if there is sufficient credit in your account.
- International roaming rates apply when used outside of UK.
- Before you depart make sure your phone is unlocked and you have familiarized yourself with the SIM and user guides.
- Tethering is not supported on this SIM.

SIM Activation and Registration |
Activating Your SIM Card
No activation is required for this SIM, simply insert the SIM in your phone and wait for it to register on a network (Vodafone Network in Australia).

Adding Credit and Packages |
The SIM does not come pre-loaded with any credit. To add credit you will need to go top-up online via lebara website or purchase a top-up voucher in UK. Alternatively you can purchase credit through our website. We recommend you top-up via the Lebara website, which accepts paypal and credit cards from any country.
Credit Expiry
Credit does not expire, however the SIM will be cancelled after 84 days of inactivity.
Check Available Credit
Check remaining credit dial: *#1345# and your balance will be displayed on your handset screen or by calling 5588. You can also check your balance online by logging into the Lebara online portal.

Accessing the Portal
Lebara UK have a portal where you can login and view your account balance, call history, plan type, etc. You can sign up and access the online portal on the following page: https://www.lebara.co.uk/li-signup
Please note, that you will not be able to access the online portal until you get to UK, as you need to receive an SMS to complete the registration, which you can only do after arriving in UK.
