Important Things You Should Know
  1. Before you depart you will need to activate your your SIM.  Information on this process is available below.
  2. Credit loaded onto the SIM does not expire.
  3. All plans automatically renew every 30 days if there is sufficient credit in your account. You can disable a plan by SMS or by using the Lebara France online portal.
  4. International roaming rates apply when used outside of France.
  5. You can make international calls for €0.01 per min plus €0.15 connection fee to over 40 countries .
  6. Before you depart make sure your phone is unlocked and you have familiarized yourself with the SIM and user guides.


 

SIM Activation and Registration

Activating Your SIM Card


You can activate this SIM card online via the Lebara website.  As part of the activation process you will need to provide an address in France.  We recommend you use the address of a hotel or house you are staying in.  If you do not know, then search for a hotel address within the cities you will be visiting.  You will also need to provide your passport ID number.  

Activation is the only registration requirement for this SIM. Click here to go to the Lebara website and activate your SIM.

Adding Credit and Packages


The SIM does not come pre-loaded with any credit.  You can purchase credit through the Lebara website using Paypal or your Australian Credit Card.  Alternatively you can purchase credit through our website. 


Credit Expiry 
Credit does not expire, however  the SIM will be cancelled after 90 days of inactivity. 

Check Available Credit 
Check remaining credit dial: *133# and your balance will be displayed on your handset screen or by calling 2323 and select option 2 for plans balance. You can also check your balance online by logging into the Lebara online portal.

Accessing the Portal


Lebara Mobile France have a portal where you can login and view your account balance, call history, plan type, etc.  You can sign up and access the online portal on the following page (change to English from the option menu on the top-right hand corner of the page): http://www.lebara.fr/dashboard 
Please note, that you will not be able to access the online portal until you get to France, as you need to receive an SMS to complete the registration, which you can only do after arriving in France.

If your phone automatically detects the settings you should leave these as they are.  If you need to enter settings change your APN to:

APN: fr.lebara.mobi 

Username: wap 

Password: enter wap if you have an Android device otherwise leave blank
