If you ordered a Mobi Passport SIM, but decided not to use it, you can return your unused SIM (must not be punched out) for a full refund. To request a return, complete the Return Form on our website.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of delivery and will not include any additional shipping costs. In case you are shipping something back to us, as a return/exchange you will need to pay for shipping. We do not have 'free return shipping' policy.
