You can top-up your Mobi Passport through your online account or the Mobi Passport App.
Top Up Online
1. Login to your Mobi Passport Account.
2. If you have multiple SIMs select the SIM you want to top-up and click Get Account Details
3. Select Manage SIM and Top Up this Account
4. Follow prompts to complete your purchase. You can purchase credit using any Visa or Mastercard credit card or Paypal.
5.When your account has been credited you will receive an SMS showing the purchased amount, time/date and total balance. Receipts for payments will be sent to the email address on your account.
Note: To top up multiple SIMs complete a separate transaction for each SIM.
Top-Up Your Account Using Mobi Passport App
1. Log into the app using your registered username and primary mobile number.
2. When you are logged in select an account to view (this only applies to users with more than one account) click Get Account Details.
3. Click on Top Up This Account
4. Select a Top-up amount to the value of between US$10.00 and $150.00, click buy now, you will then be redirected to the credit/debit card payment page (you do not require a PayPal account to use this service), enter all card details and purchase, once your payment has been authorised your account will automatically be credited with the requested amount.
5.When your account has been credited you will receive an SMS showing the purchased amount, time/date and total balance. Receipts for payments will be sent to the email address on your account.
